LightRay
LightRay’s cast-in-place-pipe technology lowers the risk and costs associated with trenchless sewer line replacement, while producing high quality results when compared to older traditional thermal heat or ambient curing processes. The LightRay system provides complete control over the process, while providing results similar to traditional cure inversion methods.

What is trenchless pipeline rehabilitation?
It’s a no-dig method to repair sewer or potable water pipes without excavation. Using cured-in-place or UV-cured liners, we rehabilitate pipelines with minimal disruption.
What Perma‑Liner and LightRay systems do you use?
We install:
- Perma‑Lateral: ambient or steam-cured liners for 2″–8″ pipes, up to 120’–600’ long.
- Perma‑Main/sectional systems: for larger mains (8″–24″ or 6″–60″) with fast cure times.
- LightRay: UV-cured fiberglass liners for fast cure (under 10 min), no VOCs, excellent for small-diameter lateral/spot repairs.
